For those continuing to experiencing isuses with notifications on this app, we have recevied a note from the developer:
- Can you please ask them to sign out of the app and back in again, in order to refresh the link between the device and our systems.
- They may also need to reinstall the app and check they have agreed to the notifications if using an iPhone.
- There was a recent mobile app release so they should also update the app to the latest version which is 1.10.0.
- There is currently a bug where there is no sound for notifications which is currently being worked on.
