  DSPL2 Transition Workshop for Year 5/6 Parents

  Parents and carers from Stevenage Primary Schools are invited to join the DSPL2 transition team who will be sharing ideas to support young people’s transition from primary to secondary school.
  
  The transition team will be hosting two sessions, one of which will be at Moss Bury.
  Aims of the session:
  - Thinking about change and worries
  - Practical ideas for a smooth transition
  - Our secondary schools: structure and expectations
